A Comparison of Classification Algorithms for Brain Computer Interface in Drug Craving Treatment
Abstract
In this paper, the use of Brain Computer Interfaces (BCIs) is proposed as a means to recover patients from craving diseases, with the aim of a clinical protocol. In order to understanding the BCI messages, a classification algorithm based on logistic regression has been developed. The choice was dictated by a comparison with other known classification techniques of different reasoning type, highlighting the pros and cons of them. Finally, a result regarding the brain areas which are more involved during the activity is reported. [Paper, Code]
